Our first annual family fun day was a MASSIVE SUCCESS! We’re so grateful to the many, many people who came together to make this day so wonderful.
To Cynthia and the team at Black Autism Coalition: we are so, so lucky to have collaborated with you on this event! We are so happy to be able to bring our cultures together and make so many new friends along the way. Massachusetts Developmental Disabilities Council brought us some amazing, important information about vaccination that our families deeply appreciated. Raquel from Fundacion Cambiando el Mundo de personas con Discapacidad also gave our families an awesome surprise by bringing Mickey and friends to our event.
We also have to thank Doug Flutie, Jr. Foundation for Autism for making this event happen and for allowing us to have so many fun events this summer!
Lastly and most importantly, thank you to our families for coming out. We’re so grateful for the energy you’ve brought and for your willingness to expose your children to new, fun experiences like these. We couldn’t have done any of this without you.
