Thank you to the Resilient Sisterhood Project and the Hutchins Center for African & African American Research for inviting our organization to a deeply moving exhibit discussing the history of gynecology as it relates to Black women. The exhibit, titled “Call and Response: A Narrative of Reverence to Our Foremothers in Gynecology” explores the reality of this field of medicine by addressing the women who were overlooked but not forgotten to time. We are deeply appreciative of their contributions and commitment to bringing this issue to light.
